Upload, swap, and pause from here. Every ad is scored on paying subscribers rather than clicks, so the winner is the one that produced revenue.

Targeting is largely commoditized now, so creative is what the algorithm optimizes against. Volume and variety of concepts is the lever, and the target scales with whatever budget you set. Your Twitch and YouTube footage is the cheapest source of it you own.

What the board is telling you
- Faces beat graphics. Both clips with a person on screen are producing cheaper paying subscribers than the approval map, even though the map is your strongest performer on X. Different platform, different feed.
- Kill decisions get made on paying subscribers. The gameplay capture pulled respectable signups and almost no subscriptions, which is exactly the ad that looks fine on a clicks dashboard and quietly loses money.
- The queue is the point. A channel starved of creative volume reads as a channel that does not work. Keeping the queue full is what separates the two, and it is why the honest window on this is about three months.
Concept view on sample data. Upload and status controls are live in this demo so you can see the flow, and they do not connect to a real ad account here.
